Protein Scan Module (Mouse)

This module allow users to recognize the important regions in the protein sequence, producing IL4 inducing peptides. These IL4 inducing regions may be removed or altered for subunit vaccine designing. Additionally, users can also identify novel IL4 inducing peptides in the given protein sequence. Further, the user can select the length of the peptide sequences fragment to predict IL4 inducing/non-inducing peptides.
