Protein Scan: Identify IL-13 inducing peptides or regions within a protein sequence

With the help of "Protein Scan" module, the user can recognize the important regions in the protein sequence, producing IL-13 inducing peptides. These IL-13 inducing regions may be removed or altered for subunit vaccine designing. Additionally, users can also identify novel IL-13 inducing peptides in the given protein sequence. Further, the user can select the length of the peptide sequences fragment to predict IL-13 inducing/non-inducing peptides. We have implemented the eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB) based model at the back-end, as it has outperformed the other classifiers. Please visit Help page, for more help.
