Designing of Peptide Hormones

The "Design Module" is developed for producing all the possible alternate/mutants of the submitted protein. The new peptides will formed by mutating a single residue at a time. It can also provide a prediction score based on the selected model, to identify the peptide which can be a Peptide Hormones.
