This is standalone page for AdmirePred webserver. The user is allowed to run all facilities provided in AdmirePred web-server on their local machine using these scripts and files. This will be available as Python codes with all the necessary models to predict exosomal the miRNA based on 1.) ML model only (Extra Tree (ET) classifier), 2.) Hybrid model that combines machine learning model with BLAST and motif-search approach. All the codes, files, and instructions are provided in the GitHub repository of AdmirePred.
