Paste or Submit your pre-miRNA
The input sequence for predicting Dicer cleavage site in pre-miRNA is a one-letter code nucleotide (A, C, G, U) in simple format. More than one sequence is separated by semicolon (;). The sequence can be pasted in the text area provided or can be uploaded through a file (Figure 1).

Threshold
The threshold is used to discriminate the cleavage site from non-cleavage site. The user can vary the threshold score between -1.0 to 1.0. The nucleotides achieving score more then the cutoff score are predicted as Dicer cleavage site. If the user did not select any cutoff score then the default threshold (0) of prediction methods will be used.

Prediction results
Output: The prediction results displayed in user-friendly tabular formats. Each tabular format display the name of the sequence (based on input order of sequence) along with 14 nucleotide structure pattern having cleavage site at the middle, Cleavage site is shown as space between sequance having Blue and black font of sequence. Position of cleavage site is at 5' arm of first sequence and prediction score. In tabular format cleavage site is arranged in the decreasing order of score value. Highest score denotes most probable site for Dicer cleavage (Figure 2).
