This virtual screening module allows users to screen library of peptides like all peptides in SwissProt. User may submit multiple peptides or set of peptides or peptide library; server will compute IL4 inducing ability of each peptide. Sorting capability may help users in identification of best IL4 peptide inducers in submitted peptide library. In addition it also calculate important physico-chemical properties like hydrophobicity, charge pI etc of each peptide. User can further generate analogs of best IL4 inducing peptide.
