About Webserver:

MDRIpred is a developed in a very user friendly manner to classify the compounds as inhibitor or non-inhibitor against M.tuberculosis H37Rv.

There are three ways by which user can provide query molecule.

i) Drawing the molecule using JME molecular editor provided at the submit page

ii) Paste the molecule in the area provided in mol/sdf/smi/mol2 format

iii)Through file containing molecules in appropriate formats as givern in test example on submit page.

iv) Final Results of Prediction was shown in the Tabular format with Moleucle No., Molecule ID, SVM-Score, Prediction Result as Inhibitor or Non-Inhibitor and Prediction Class wether Strong, Weak or Intermediate depending upon the SVM score.

V) In color code scheme Non-Inhibitor is represented by red color, Strong Inhibitor by blue, Intermediate by green and weak by sky color. As the intensity of Red color is decrease, the predicted inhibitor chance incease while when the intensity of blue color is decrease the chance of strong inhibitor is decrease and the same is true for all others.

User can Submit their multi-molecular file in mol/sdf/smi format and get the result from Email also.
In order to design the better inhibitors, it is suggested that users try to replace the red color fragment with green color fragmemts depending upon the specific phase. The yellow color fragments are neutral that have not any effect on the inhibitors
