Using Tbbpred Input sequence :- Users have two options either they can directly paste their sequence of interest or they can upload the file containing protein sequence. ONLY PROTEIN SEQUENCES please !!!!.Please choose either of the two options. Donot input any non amino acid characters. Format :- Protein sequence can either be in FASTA format or plain text format with sequence containing only single letter amino acid code. Donot input any non amino acids. Method :- Users have the option to choose either of the available methods for prediction. Please do take care to choose one of them. Available options include prtediction of barrel regions based only on artificial neural network based or Support vector machine based prediction or combined prediction which is union of predictions by the two methods. Output:- Results obtained from chosen prediction method are displayed with query sequence on top followed by predicted barrel non barrel regions. There are 30 residues in a row.
