Welcome to SKCMhrp
Skin Cutaneous Melanoma High-Risk Prediction(SKCMhrp) webserver can be used to distinguish high risk SKCM patients from low risk SKCM patients from their HLA-superallele and clinical characterstics. The risk estimation is based on statistical and survival analysis on recent SKCM datasets. See general section for more information.
About SKCMhrp
Aim and Objective: To stratify high and low risk skin cutaneous melanoma patients on the basis of HLA-superallele and survival data obtained from recent clinical studies.
Predict: Users are provided with two options: i) Module I - Risk Status of a given patient is predicted on the basis of clinical information like patient age, tumor status, tumor stage, breslow depth is known can be estimated here. ii) Module II - Risk Status corresponding to the predicted survival time (months) can be estimated using this module, user can provide HLA-superalleles and clinical characterstics of SKCM patients. See general section for more details.
Supplement: This section would provide infortmation about the algorithms used for prediction in this webserver as well datasets that were employed for the cause.
Mobile Compatibility: SKCMhrp is built on a responsive template, compatible for desktop, tablet, and smartphone. These templates are dynamic that fit content based on screen size of the device.
