RNAint is a web-server for the prediction of RNA interacting mono-residues (RIMRs), di-residues (RIDRs), tri-residues (RITRs), tetra-residues (RITTRs) and penta-residues (RIPRs) from protein sequences. The PSSM Profile of Patterns (PPPs) approach implemented with a machine learning tool Support Vector Machines (SVMs) for the development of RNAint. RNAint is freely available for the global scientific community.
