GRAPHICAL OUTPUT-2
(Threshold Vs Peptide Frame Distribution
Profile)
An example out put of Antigen 85B (M. tuberculosis).
The horizontal line marks entire threshold range i.e. from 1 to 10%. The vertical blue bars are the number of peptide frames that scores more than corresponding threshold value. Each box is specific for a separate HLA-allele. The numerical value at top left side of each box represent number of peptide frames that score more than 10% threshold i.e. the maximum number of predicted binders at minimum stringency.
Figure is useful for experienced users in selecting threshold value for locating promiscuous binders.
