CohortIn the current study, here prospectively enrolled patients with suspected CNS infections, in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University (Fuzhou, China) from May 2019 to June 2022. In the current study, here prospectively obtained 231 patients with suspected CNS infections at admission, BM (n=67), TBM (n=55), CM (n=51), and an age- and sex-matched hospitalized control (HC,n=58).
