| Cohort | A retrospective study of NOE patients was conducted following STARD criteria. Out of 75 patients with NOE, 50 had a positive swab culture from hospitalisation. Of them, 30 demonstrated bacterial growth (26 PSA, 2 Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and 2 Proteus) and 17 demonstrated fun- gal growth (12 Candida, 4 Aspergillus and 1 Mucor). |
