| Cohort | Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs; cat. no. 3425) were purchased from Nanjing KeyGen Biotech. Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Cells were cultured in the Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM; Invitrogen; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc., Waltham, MA, USA) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (Hyclone; GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Logan, UT, USA) supplement with 100 U/ml penicillin and 100 µg/ml streptomycin in a 5% CO2 incubator under 37˚C. The present study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Military Medical University (Nanjing, China). |
