lncrnaPI provides a fast and reliable method to investigate the complex regulatory networks governed by lncRNA-protein interactions, accelerating discovery in gene regulation and disease pathology.

How It Works

Our tool employs a sophisticated feature extraction strategy, using Nfeature for lncRNAs and Pfeature for proteins. The combined feature set is then analyzed by a powerful CatBoost model to deliver highly accurate interaction predictions.

Robustly Trained

The model's predictive power is built on a comprehensive dataset of 262,244 experimentally verified lncRNA-protein interactions, curated from the renowned NPInter v5.0 database.
