Welcome to XIAPin server

XIAPin is a webserver dedicated for the designing of efficient inhibitors against XIAP protein. XIAP is a central protein involved in inhibition of apoptosis. Thereby, it promotes ca\ ncer survival and development of drug resistance in cancer treatment. This webserver is based on the QSAR models developed on 96 chemical inhibitors takex from PubChem assay. These molecules act against BIR doman of XIAP and BIR domainis present in other IAP proteins also, so inhibitors designed by this webserver would be intended to inhibit other IAP proteins also.

In future, we will integrate more QSAR models intended to design inhibitors against other apoptosis proteins, involved in inhibition of apoptosis and drug resistance.
