Analog Generation
This module facilitates the user to predict the half-life of their query peptide. In addition, this module generates all possible mutants (through amino acid substitution at single position at a time) and predicts the half-life of each mutant along with the physicochemical properties. The length of the peptides can be between 5 and 50 residues.
