Welcome to Natural Peptides Module for Structure Modification

This module allows users to modify a peptide tertiary structure in PDB file format or PDB file. The peptide structure can be modeled/designed with user defined secondary structure or dihedral angle restraints. User needs to provide the peptide structure in PDB format either in text area or upload the PDB file of his/her peptide. Existing structure in the PDB can also be modified if the PDB code is provided. For more information click help
