This page allows users to calculate the alignment score of their peptide against in Uniprot or PEPlife using ggsearch. User can submit their peptide for performing sequence similarity search and server will return the list of peptides similar to the query peptide. ggsearch only compares the query to library sequences that are beween 80% and 125% of the length of the query.
