| Step1: Download the debian package for Igpred standalone-- HERE |
| Step2: Install the debian package with root permission:- [ sudo dpkg -i igrep.deb ] |
| Step3: Go to /gpsr/standalone folder and give permission to igpred folder as:- [sudo chown -R gpsr:gpsr igpred ] |
| Step4: Now you can use the standalone as:- [./igpred.pl -i example.fasta -o out.igpred] |
