This module displays the simple search page of HumCFS. Clicking on the required field will allow the user to browse the specific information in the database. The "select fields to be searched" section provides options for various keywords through which search can be made in HumCFS. User can select fields to be displayed from the section "fields to be displayed". User can click on each HumCFS ID to get all the details about a entry.

BLAST
Blast-Search page assists users in perform nucleotide BLAST search against the fragile site present in HumCFS. User can submit their nucleotide query in FASTA format to perform the BLAST basedsimilarity analysis , server will returns the BLAST output containing list of fragile site similar to the query sequence.

Browse by Chromosomal Fragile site
This page provides chromosome-wise information about fragile sites. It gives number of fragile sites in each of human chromosome wise. User may click on number to get complete detail about each fragile site in a selected chromosome. By clicking on fragile site user wil be redirected to other functional pages providing well annotaed picture of fragile sites.

This page display fragile sites induced by different type of inducers. User may click on number of sites induced by inducer to get detail of each site.

Genome visualization module is developed to visualize the human genome with respect to fragile site, miRNA and mRNA. Here user can select particular chromosme and its associated fragile site, by clicking on zoom function user can also see the gene name and by clicking on miRNA and mRNA, on pop up window user can see the information available in database for that particular miRNA and mRNA.
