Predict peptide half-life and antibacterial activity in batch mode.
Simultaneously, a number of peptides can be submitted to predict their half-life and antibacterial activity.

Users are requested to submit only one peptide sequence at a time. This form allows users to submit a peptide of any length between 5 to 30 residues. In case user select 10 mer model then user should paste/enter peptide of any length more than 10 residues (only first 10 residues will be used for prediction). Similarly, in case user selects 16 mer model then user should paste/enter peptide of any length more than 16 residues (only first 16 residues will be used for prediction).

 SVM based models:
   10mer (Uses dipeptide composition)
   16mer (Uses amino acid composition)
   User-selected sequence length   
 WEKA models:
   10mer (IBK, selected 8 dipeptides)
   16mer (Decision table, selected 3 dipeptides)
