Align Page of CancerPPD

This page provides the facility to the users to align their sequence with the peptides in CancerPPD database. A user inputs multiple fasta sequences in the sequence box and peptide ids of CancerPPD database in the id box, and gets aligned sequences.
User also have option to upload a pdb file and align its structure with the structure of the peptide whose id is provided in the box. For more information see HELP page.
