INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SERVER

Input sequence :- There are two options of sequence submission either directly paste in the text box or upload the file containing protein sequence. All non-standard characters present in the sequence will be ignored during prediction.

Format :- Protein sequence can either be in FASTA/PIR format or plain text format with sequence containing only single letter amino acid code. Donot input any non amino acids.

Output:- All sheet-coil-sheet (ECE) patterns predicted by PSI-PRED, their corresponding amino acid sequence and prediction result (βhairpins and non hairpins).
