This page allows users to input multiple peptides and predict the anti-antigiogenic property of each peptide. Users need to input the peptide sequences in plain text (single letter) format. Each peptide sequence should be in a single line. Users need to select the prediction method. NT15 AAC method is the amino acid composition based method which considers the first fifteen residues from N-terminal region of the peptide. Whole pepitde AAC method is also amino acid composition based method but considers whole peptide for predicting anti-angiogenic property. A user can also select the desired threshold (Increasing the threshold value will increase the probability of correct prediction). Finally, users are also given options to calculate different types of physicochemical properties of the given peptide.
